Attached below are the troubleshooting steps as well as a Best Practices Guideline for your reference.
If a device is not charging/lighting up it will not show in the pairing page drop down.
Any Theatro not lighting up/charging will need the following troubleshooting applied:
Troubleshooting
Step 1
1 button reset
- press and hold the command button (circle button on front) for 3 seconds
- release and place into charging rack slot. (device should drop into the slot without resistance).
- allow 30 sec up to 5 mins to see the led go to a solid orange.
If they do not light up, proceed to the next step:
Step 2
Perform the reboot and place the devices in the charging rack and walk away for 5 minutes. When you come back, what devices are not lighting up return to Theatro.
2 button reboot
- (SIDE BUTTONS) press and hold the down volume (middle button) and the broadcast (rectangle button below down volume) BOTH at same time for 10 seconds
- release and place in charging rack.
- Devices can take as little as 30 sec up to 5 mins to light up and begin charging after this reboot.
Lights/LED seen during Device Reboot
1. The device will go to a blinking orange during reboot.
2. The device will then go to a solid orange & is charging.
Please return anything that does not light up after troubleshooting.
