If you are experiencing unclear audio, the first thing to do is troubleshoot your headset. If you are still experiencing issues with your audio clarity, please take note of the following:
- Specific Location(s): Is audio unclear regardless of location?
- Specific Time(s): Is audio unclear at all times?
- Specific Communicator: Have you tried swapping your device with the blinking purple Communicator in the charging rack?
