To fix an issue with your name recognition, use a Theatro Communicator and say, “Message Tech Support.” Then, once TIVA responds with “go ahead,” please provide an example and explain your issue. In addition, providing the following information will help us troubleshoot the issue more quickly:

  • Date and approximate time the issue occurred
  • The name of the user attempting to reach you

Helpful Tip: Try using first and last names together to reach the intended user!
