If you are having trouble with your commands not being accepted, and the system repeatedly says “I’m sorry, please say again.” follow these steps:
- Reference your pocket guide to ensure you’re saying the correct command (hello, message, etc.), or person/group name.
- Are you saying a person’s name differently than it is in the system?
- Check your headset placement. Ensure the microphone is only 3-5 inches from your mouth when you are speaking.
- Ensure that your headset is plugged completely in.
