Q: I added an employee as an advanced user but they are still unable to Check-in as Manager on Duty and they can’t record the Huddle Message? What do I do?
A: Users will need to have both advanced command and be added to the designated group. Please ensure the user is added to the "Managers" group for Manager on Duty, and "Huddle" for the huddle. Users will need to have both advanced command and be added to the designated group.
