A: Using your Theatro communicator and say, “Message Tech Support”. When the system responds with “go ahead” leave Theatro the correct pronunciation of your name. It typically takes 8-14 days for the corrected recording of your name to appear in the system.

A: Using your Theatro communicator say, “Message Tech Support”. When the system responds with “go ahead” leave Theatro a message letting them know if the system is selecting someone else’s name or if the system responds with “I’m sorry, please say again.” When leaving your message for Theatro Tech Support please provide an example containing the user’s name that tried to reach you, the date it occurred, and the time it occurred. If you have a preferred name, discuss the name change with your manager and he/she can make any necessary changes.
Tip: The system works best when using first and last name to try and contact you.
