How to change your name
- If you are not a manager with web portal access, speak with your ASM or HRM about the change. They can make the change via the Manager Web Portal.
- If you are a manager with web portal access, log in using your Manager Web Portal credentials.
- From your list of employees, select the employee that needs the name change.
- Replace the name that is listed with their requested name and click save.
NOTE: If the user is logged in while this change is made, they will be logged off when the change is saved. They will need to log back in after it has been saved.
How to change your name pronunciation
- Say message “Tech Support” into your communicator and provide the correct pronunciation of your name. A ticket will be opened immediately with our voice recognition team.
NOTE: This process will take 7-10 business days for it to be professionally recorded and uploaded to the store.
