If you are having trouble with voice command acceptance or you hear “I’m sorry, please say again,” try following these steps:
- Reference your site's App Summary list to ensure you’re using the correct voice command (e.g., "Hello <first Name>", "Message <Group Name>", "Play Messages"). TIVA will only recognize and accept the programmed command, person, or group name, so it is important to use the exact verbiage.
- Check your headset placement, ensuring the microphone is no more than 5 inches away from your mouth while speaking. TIVA may have trouble understanding you if the microphone is too far from your mouth while speaking.
- Ensure that your headset is plugged completely into the Communicator.
