Our Communicators should last between 6.5-8 hours based on usage. If you are experiencing what seems to be short battery life, ensure that users are picking up the communicator that is flashing purple in the charging racks when signing in. This indicates the most charged communicator available and will steer you away from communicators that are still charging.
If the flashing purple is used, and still has short battery life. Take note of the communicator ID and report it to Theatro Support. You can do so by calling (844)843-2876, utilizing our chat feature, opening a ticket, or simply saying “Message Tech Support” into your communicator.
We will investigate the communicators battery, and will issue a replacement if it is found to be performing poorly.
