I don’t see my name in the drop-down menu
You may not have been added to the system via the manager portal. Get with your manager to make sure a profile has been created for you.
I get an error message when I select my communicator ID#
You may have grabbed an offline communicator. Ensure that you picked up a flashing purple communicator, and that once you have removed it from the charging rack, it is flashing green.
