Are you the only one receiving the static? If so, there may be an issue with your headset. Please refer to our headset troubleshooting article for assistance. (link)
If static is being received on all communicators, the broadcast button on a communicator may be stuck held down. Give us a call at (844)843-2876, utilize our chat feature, open a ticket, or simply say “Message Tech Support” into your communicator, and we can quickly identify the communicator ID# and give you it’s location.
